The Installation Ceremony of the New Orleans Chapter was held Saturday, October 21, 2023, 1:00-3:00PM at the New Orleans VA Medical Center located 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119. National Secretary Judith Cotton served as the Mistress of the Ceremony, South Central Regional Director, Bettie Vaughan, served as the Presenter and the National President Dr. Annette Tucker Osborne was the installer for the Ceremony.
