The Installation Ceremony of the Jacksonville Florida Chapter was held Saturday January 24, 2026, 11:00am – 1:00pm at the Wounded Warrior Project Building 4899 Belfort Ro ad, Ste. 300, Jacksonville, Fl 32256. National Secretary Judith L. Cotton served as the Mistress of Ceremony, CSM (R) Dr. Annie Suggs, Chaplain’s Invocation was read by Regional Director Sebrena Flagg- Briggs. Guest Speaker Patricia McCullough (Mayor’s Office) read the Proclamation. Southeast Regional Director served as the Presenter; National President Dr. Annette Tucker Osborne served as the Installer.
