Room rates are confirmed at the above group rates and exclusive of applicable state and local taxes or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the hotel at the time of the conference. The hotel may require a one night’s room deposit. This deposit may be made by major credit card, check, or money order.

 

CHECK IN/OUT

The hotel's check-in time is 3:00 PM. Room assignments prior to that time are on a "space availability" basis only. The hotel's check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Late check-out is provided based on availability through authorization from our front desk.

 

EARLY DEPARTURE

Please note that if there are any changes to the confirmed departure date after check-in, the change will result in a one night’s room and tax early departure fee.

 

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

Cancellations made within the contracted policy will result in a one night’s room and tax penalty. In the event a guest holds a confirmed reservation and fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date, a one night’s room and tax penalty will be assessed and the room will be released for sale for the remaining dates. Limited rooms are available, so please register early.
