Members and Non-Members who have paid their registration must request a refund by contacting Harriet Staten, Treasurer. Request a full refund of your registration for the 22nd NABMW Biennial Conference due to your health and the CDC recommendations for COVID-19.

The Process to Cancel Hotel Reservations:
Call The Westin Riverwalk, 429 W. Market Street, San Antonio, TX 78205 Phone 1-888-627-8396 and cancel your reservations immediately.  If your hotel reservation is with other hotels call them to cancel reservations.

The Process to Cancel Airline Reservations:
Call the Airline you made reservations with and cancel due to CDC recommendations on Travel and COVID-19. If you made travel reservations with other modes other than air call them to cancel reservations.

Please note the airlines may give credits and not refunds, check their policies.
